DO NOT RECOMMEND Part of my order has been missing which I ordered to be delivered on 19th July 2025. It is now 29th July 2025 and I am still waiting. The customer service team has never proactively given me any sort of updates unless I chased them. I have raised a formal complaint on 28th July 2025, and yet I have not even received any acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint. The service is extremely poor and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered the bed weeks ahead of time and received a deliver date. That was almost a week ago and we still are waining for the bed to be delivered. We were told via Fedex it would be delivered Thursday, then Friday, then nothing? Today (Monday) stayed again at home hoping it would be delivered. We called Get Laid Beds and they now say Tuesday. Wasted 4 days waining for the bed. And we are not guarenteed it will even be delivered Tuesday. Anyone needing a bed should buy it locally and have it delevered.

Assembly manual far from clear None of the screw holes pre-drilled Centre frame 1cm oversize had to saw it myself Storage box not delivered Storage box castor wheels so small that whole frame sinks into carpet - had to buy my own bigger wheels

My bed was due to be delivered on Saturday last week. One small package labelled "item 5 of 6" turned up, and that was it. Having contacted Get Laid Beds, still - 4 days later - I have no confirmation on what to expect and when might be the earliest the bed can be delivered - anticipating that I will need to be at home and will likely need to make rearrangements to ensure that I can receive it... I continue to be extremely unhappy.

Delivered mattress which does not fit the their frame and hangs over the side of the bed. After paying over £1,000 and providing video evidence and measurements the company refused to support despite having a larger size variance than acceptable in their T&Cs

They have downgraded the build of their beds, there are fewer slats and the polishing isn't same as what it was in 2022, they have increased their prices too by about 40%. Not the same solid built anymore, its a shame they call them bed of Britian.

Half of the pieces were twisted and it was impossible to build the bed. They refused to refund me, asked me to take videos and pic of every and each piece..... (there are like 150...) and proposed to send the "new one" a few weeks later.... So I'm supposed to sleep on the floor for 2 weeks, take 3 hours to send you videos on each piece of wood and just trust that the 2nd delivery will be ok ?

Panther (delivering team) arrived a day early by surprise and disrupting schedule - only to arrive without the bed itself nor the floor protectors!? Only received a mattress. Works delayed by 4 days but had to purchase another bed last minute from own pocket by shopping elsewhere. Embarrassment to project, damage to reputation, cascading to further delays in other works. Compensation expected.

bed itself seems fine. delivery was 3 days late because apparently Scotland (I'm in the centre of Edinburgh) is considered "rural". When I called to ask where it was, I was told they couldn't even apologise for the delay, as that was "the policy" that I had agreed to at purchase.

Hard to review a bed I haven’t received yet. Originally due last month, the bed failed to appear with no notice from either courier or Get Laid. Rearranged delivery for today, again no sign with no communication from either courier or Get Laid. Currently waiting for a call back from Get Laid customer service, waiting for nearly 2 hours. A promised refund of delivery costs has not been forthcoming. Above all, I would like to know if this bed will ever arrive and when.

Extremely Disappointed – Appalling Customer Service I was supposed to receive my bed from Get Laid Beds on Wednesday, 23rd April. I received an “Order Update” email confirming it was due for delivery that day via a company called Furdeco. I even took unpaid time off work to be at home for the delivery. On the day, I never received the promised two-hour delivery window. I contacted Furdeco directly, only to be told the delivery wouldn’t be happening because they didn’t have the full order. This was news to me—and clearly to Get Laid Beds as well, who were clueless when I got in touch. The response I got from Get Laid Beds was disappointing at best—no real apology, no explanation, and no urgency. They said they would “investigate” and get back to me. That was a week ago. I’ve since heard nothing. At this point, I’ve been left with no bed, no update, and no compensation for the time and money I lost. Looks like my only option now is to request a refund. Would absolutely not recommend. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

The bed was incredible difficult to assemble with missing screws that we had to purchase ourselves to complete the bed. The images on the instructions are so bad and the written instructions very vague and hard to understand. For the price we paid for it I was very disappointed and would not recommend.

The worst delivery experience of my life -bar none. I ordered quite an expensive walnut bed from this company because it looked nice and I thought give a little UK company a chance. How wrong I was. Don't do it. The delivery was scheduled for Thursday 3rd April. We got rid of the old bed and waited in all day. No bed. I called up to betold that the delivery company only deliver to Devon on a Tuesday. Well why have a system that allows a Thursday booking then ? The girl on the phone was very apologetic, waited the delivery fee and said it would be out on Saturday between 10-1. Great i thought, mistakes happen. The bed was delivered on time and I set about assembling it. No screws or bolts !!! I checked everything, they were not there. How can this be ? With no bed however I had to go to B&Q to buy 70 items for £20. If I had wanted a DIY project I would have started one. Hours later the bed was finished and my wife said - don't give them a terrible review, phone them up. I did that and some officious man asked me for a £20 receipt. Frankly i was looking for more than £20 on a £2100 bed and if they really think i am trying to scam them I will just right a bad review and tell everybody I know not to make the same mistake. Get Laid - well i was screwed.

The Delivery company has made us aware of their postcode matrix yet this one was not stated as a limited area. Had we of known your order would not have been allowed to book in that area for that date. We are actively working to address these issues to ensure a better experience for all our customers. The Customer Service Advisor requested the receipt of your purchase so there would have been record for our documentation purposes only. We don't think you are trying to scam us. We were willing to cover the cost to you for our error. This would equal the amount you spent on the screws. Sadly without this we cant process the refund. Bed received without the attachments to build it. The wood looks nice enough, but as it stands (or rather, doesn't) it's just multiple lengths of wood. I called last monday and was told the screws etc would be sent 24hr tracked - they did not arrive by Friday so I called again. Apparently they were actually sent 1st class on Tuesday 25th, so I patiently waited til Monday's post had been and gone before calling again. On calling, I was told they don't send such small items tracked, but they'd send out a new batch of screws again (untracked). You'd think that they'd want to ensure their goods arrived, but apparently correcting for delays and mistakes in a timely manner is not part of their customer service policy. Anyway, it is now Wednesday 2nd April and I have just been informed my items are 'awaiting collection' by royal mail. Will they ever arrive - who knows? Now I'm not sure where I stand or whether my bed will ever stand. One thing I am certain of is that the company's customer service policies need to be looked at and more effort should be made to ensure their products arrive suitable for use.

We ordered our new bed before Christmas, to ensure that we had it over the holiday period. Once delivered it was clearly wrong given we had 2 different colours. Contacted customer services and they didn't care and said replacements wouldn't be delivered until after christmas so good luck with no bed for 3 weeks. We had to complain multiple times to explain to them that its bad to not have a bed over christmas and eventually they expedited the manufacture so that we would have a bed over christmas. New pieces came, but not all of the required pieces so we still had an incomplete bed. Complained once more, but told we would have to wait until after christmas and no amount of complaints would get the final pieces delivered. Finally got the remaining pieces after christmas, meaning over 5 weeks late with delivery. Complained and got a pathetic £40 refunded. Really terrible service. Nobody there cares. They clearly can sort things quickly (as expected given the story they tell on their website), but choose not to. I understand mistakes can happen and if they had remedied quickly (and at the first attempt) I would be praising their customer service, but no. I would say don't use this company. Its an expensive product, but clearly a poorly run business with very poor quality control

Ordered an extra floating bed side shelf ( same finish) for a bed I had ordered in 2021. 2 negative points. 1/The size of the shelf bough as an accessory in 2025 is very different from the size of the shelf that I had bought in 2021 together with the bed. It looks very odd to have this mismatch. 2/ the shipping fee of 25 pounds on such a small 1kg piece delivered by FedEx is exaggerated. This is the same delivery cost as for a 2 man lorry delivery of a full bed. The item is already costly enough without this excessive delivery charge. Overall very disappointing
