Extremely Disappointed – Appalling Customer Service
I was supposed to receive my bed from Get Laid Beds on Wednesday, 23rd April. I received an “Order Update” email confirming it was due for delivery that day via a company called Furdeco. I even took unpaid time off work to be at home for the delivery.
On the day, I never received the promised two-hour delivery window. I contacted Furdeco directly, only to be told the delivery wouldn’t be happening because they didn’t have the full order. This was news to me—and clearly to Get Laid Beds as well, who were clueless when I got in touch.
The response I got from Get Laid Beds was disappointing at best—no real apology, no explanation, and no urgency. They said they would “investigate” and get back to me. That was a week ago. I’ve since heard nothing.
At this point, I’ve been left with no bed, no update, and no compensation for the time and money I lost. Looks like my only option now is to request a refund.
Would absolutely not recommend. Customer service like this is unacceptable.
