We ordered our new bed before Christmas, to ensure that we had it over the holiday period. Once delivered it was clearly wrong given we had 2 different colours.
Contacted customer services and they didn't care and said replacements wouldn't be delivered until after christmas so good luck with no bed for 3 weeks.
We had to complain multiple times to explain to them that its bad to not have a bed over christmas and eventually they expedited the manufacture so that we would have a bed over christmas.
New pieces came, but not all of the required pieces so we still had an incomplete bed. Complained once more, but told we would have to wait until after christmas and no amount of complaints would get the final pieces delivered.
Finally got the remaining pieces after christmas, meaning over 5 weeks late with delivery. Complained and got a pathetic £40 refunded.
Really terrible service. Nobody there cares. They clearly can sort things quickly (as expected given the story they tell on their website), but choose not to.
I understand mistakes can happen and if they had remedied quickly (and at the first attempt) I would be praising their customer service, but no.
I would say don't use this company. Its an expensive product, but clearly a poorly run business with very poor quality control
