“Bed seems great - have a small double for my daughter. Building it was a bit of a faff as screwing in the slats was not explained fully - instructions are really poor and a couple of times the wood was splintered. This was due to the the gaps between the slats and the frame having to be very carefully placed as they don’t sit flush and the instructions did not give any details. The bed itself seems sturdy and good quality.”

“Great product, issues with instructions, seemingly dated, had to phone the CS team for support. The team itself was excellent, loved the fact there was a direct number. The instructions were disappointing given how much money we had spent. There was also suppose to be black screws but we were provided with silver ones.”

“Great quality & comfort! After a shaky start we were admirably sorted by George in customer services with speed and alacrity. Special mention for Grace also in customer services for her speedy email replies. We now have a super bed that fits beautifully into our eaves ceiling loft conversion. Very satisfied.”

“We bought a couple of beds from GLB about 12 years ago and they have been great, really solid and survived being taken apart and moved to a new house. We just bought another, though a different style. Still a good solid bed but there were no predrilled holes for some of the fittings and just didn't seem as well finished. Also the delivery was a real pain, it didn't come on the day I asked for, it was split into 2 deliveries and the days kept changing. I guess this is an issue with the delivery company though.”

“Very pleased with our king-sized ottoman bed. The quality is fantastic and assembly was fairly straight-forward, the instructions could have been clearer as sometimes the description didn’t match the photo but it was still relatively easy to build. Overall delighted.”

“Really good quality wood/delivered on time etc. unfortunately the mattress arrived with two rips on it, but customer service was very accommodating to make sure we got support to rectify the situation. Would highly recommend!”

“Overall solid bed and easy process. Two of the slats came slightly damaged I'm sure if I had messaged they would have sent replacements. I would say a little over priced but what can you do when wood is so expensive in London. Also don't like the name it's quite gross. But the quality is overall really great.”

“The bed is great but way too tall. Even with a 22 cm mattress I struggle to get in. Consider this for all the space saver beds, as the lower configuration of the bed will not fit the suggested size of mattress”

“I purchased a king size bed and was extremely pleased with the quality and design. I aslo ordered the under bed storage draw. The quality was also good but design a little faulted. Caster wheels very small so draw drags on carpet and plan wooden slats which form the bottom of draw extremely difficult to assemble, I had to improvise with marsking tape to hold them in place. Maybe they could insert instead. Happy DIY Cherri - Islington”

“Bed wasn't difficult to put together, instructions were very clear. Once constructed I looks simple and stylish. Unfortunately one of the boxes didn't arrive, the help desk was friendly and efficient.”
