Received the bed on time. But it turns out, they shipped two different stains for the legs and the frame. The only options were a (small) partial refund or to ship new legs (to match the color of the frame I did NOT order). However, per their customer service, the legs STILL wouldn't match if I chose that option (something to do with the wood and the staining process). So, no matter what, I'm stuck with a bed frame in the color I did NOT order, with legs that don't match. They would do nothing to make sure I got the bed I actually ordered, or at least a MATCHING bed. I will never order from them again.

Bought a bed with under-bed storage. The price for under-bed storage was euro 0,00 on our confirmation. Good for us. As we had a discount on the bed already we thought this was an extra service. So we ordered. Delivery came and the under-bed storage was missing. We claimed this and the answer was that they had a problem with their website and we could get the storage with 30% discount? Unacceptable. We live in Holland. If we would have know the confirmation was not right we would not have ordered the bed at all. Now we can send the bed back but we first have to dismantle it. I will not recommend this company to anybody.

Second bed bought from GLB and so glad we did. We’ve tried different bed brands but nothing compares to quality wooden bed and solid slats for comfort. Plus they look great!

Wonderful quality bed for little more than a cheap chain store one! Well made easy to put together with a lovely white finish, perfect. This is the second bed from this company with the first still being as good as new several years on! Prompt delivery too, I highly recommend.

My husband and I are extremely disappointed with our experience with Get Laid Beds. Initially we were so excited to find theses beds for our Airbnb project. They looked perfect in every way. I wish I could go back to that day and tell myself "Don't do it!!" This bed company has wasted our time, set back our launch date significantly, and not done anything remotely helpful. We let the company know about our situation before any problems had arisen by saying we needed the beds before June 1. This did not seem like it would be an issue as we ordered the beds in April. The date they were set to arrive was in May. I understand international shipping is totally wack with COVID. I'm actually not even that upset about the beds arriving late. It is the way that the company (we mostly spoke with Amy) handled the situation that is beyond frustrating. I'm 22 years old, I don't ask to speak with managers, I'm just a kid. Get Laid Beds will drive you to this point. There is no accountability. 5 out of 8 of our packages have been missing for a month. We were unable to put our Airbnb up without a bed frame so we bought different ones from IKEA. In one of our many calls to Get Laid Beds we were told that we could decide whether we wanted to wait indefinitely for the beds or receive a refund and do whatever we wanted with the packages that had arrived. We built one of the IKEA beds which is no small feat and decided we would take the refund. We let Amy know. A few days later Amy let us know that FEDEX was finally going to be sending the package because it was being canceled and they don't like to do returns. A few days later the beds were at our house and now we are being told that we can not get a refund until all of the packages have been returned to Get Laid. To recap, we asked for the refund we were told we could have, Amy went to cancel the order, and because of this FEDEX made the delivery go through, now the refund is somehow unavailable until the packages arrive back to England (I'm sure it's much quicker going the other way). Nothing changed on our end yet decisions were made for us in the company's best interest rather than ours.The whole situation is maddening and so out of our control. As I mentioned before, I am a kid and $1,300 means a lot to me. I have no problem sending back the packages but to be denied the refund that we were promised is so frustrating. I would not be surprised if the beds took another two months to get back so we won't see our money until the fall?! Speaking on the phone with Amy today was like talking to a wall. Suddenly there was nothing that could be done for us until we send the beds back. They blame FEDEX for the whole debacle (meanwhile FEDEX who we spent hours on the phone with blames Get Laid Beds). We paid $1,300 to be absolutely shafted by Get Laid Beds. I'm sure if you are not on a deadline and you don't mind not hearing anything from the company when a problem comes up you will be able to enjoy their fine craftsmanship.

Little bit disappointed to be honest. It’s quite squeaky I would have thought it would be steardy but it’s the opposite. Especially for the money

Recently received my 4 poster bed from Get laid beds. I hired an experienced trades person to help with assembly, as the White Glove service was not available in my area. One of the joints in the top section of the bed snapped during assembly, within one hour of taking it out of the box! I contacted Get Laid Beds who advised I will need to pay for a replacement part as the damage happened during assembly. They will not even consider the possibility that the affected part was faulty or of insufficient quality. I am so disappointed in this company and their response. I will not be using this company again. Their 11 year frame guarantee appears to be completely worthless. I have now contacted them 3 times, and received the same response each time, that I must pay for a replacement part. There has been no attempt on their part to establish why the joint failed. I am sure this goes against my consumer rights and I will be investigating this further.

I cannot rate these guys enough. From order to arrival and assembly of our new bed the experience has been first class. The friendly staff answered all my questions and we were kept up to date on the making and delivery of the bed on a regular basis. The delivery guys (and girls) were excellent and very friendly and arrived well within the estimated time of arrival. Overall I cannot rates these guys high enough. Oh yes the the beds pretty classy also😊 Thanks you

Good professional company to deal with. Unlike many other companies, it was only two weeks from ordering to delivery. The assembly service was really good, the bed was built in ten minutes. Would definitely recommend them.

Nice looking Japanese Bed. Instructions were ok , slight discrepancies between them and what is supplied. Surprised some of the screw holes are not predrilled . Have yet to sleep on it so will see. Looks and feels sturdy so pretty happy .

Our bed was delivered on the scheduled date, but came without instructions or screws. A quick call confirmed that was their error, they promptly emailed us the instructions and reimbursed us to buy some screws rather than wait for them to mail them to us. Assembly was pretty easy, though also looks like they sent us an additional plank of wood which we’re pretty sure was superfluous! Headboard was initially very creaky, remedied this by putting extra biscuits between the planks. Also the floating shelf didn’t really sit horizontally, easy fix with a as bit of cardboard wedged underneath, nor a big deal but not ideal. All in all we’re happy with the bed, looks good, feels sturdy, would probably buy from them again but would definitely post for someone to put it together!

Well packaged, arrived on time . Opted for the space saver bed as not much room and it looks great. Also seems to be very sturdy. In the words of my partner ‘that was the easiest bed I have ever put together’ Thankyou
