“Arrived 5 days late which was very frustrating, but I believe the fault lay with the courier (FedEx) and not Get Laid Beds. I am happy with the bed and the self assembly was straightforward.”

“Great communication and fantastic quality mattress topper. My only gripe is that the carry case for the topper split on the first occasion that it was being used. The only blemish on an otherwise great experience and reason for the dropped star.”

“Mattress is fab. Delivery was rubbish. Booked and paid for 4/12/25. Took time off work. No show. Email late on the night of 4/12 saying it’d be delivered on 5/12. Another day off work and a loss of income. Not good.”

“Excellent bed, easy enough to assemble. It has felt good after a week of use. Delivery is through an external company called Furdeco, who delayed the delivery, but Get Laid Beds promptly refunded my delivery fee which I had paid for an express delivery. So I am happy with their customer service too. Thankfully, product arrived in good condition, so no returns were necessary.”

“The bed is poorly made . Side rails were not notched out sufficiently to slide into the base and there were no pilot holes drilled for the mid rail . If I didn’t need a bed to sleep on that night I would have sent it back !!! However fortunately my husband is a carpenter so was able to make the needed adjustments. The only thing good was the effort of the delivery drivers getting the mattress upstairs”

“Second bed from Get Laid Beds. Quality of materials and service is excellent, and I was also really pleased when they agreed to replace a piece of the bed that was chipped/knocked in transit - they were quick to address it and organised an expedited delivery of the piece in no time. Excellent service - quick, communicative, and proactive.”

“I purchased the Shoreditch bed frame with the headboard in the satin honey stained pine. The bed frame was delivered in 5 long cardboard boxes and was relatively easy to carry upstairs to the bedroom. When we started to build it, we discovered that the headboard didn't have any pre-drilled holes and some of the pre-drilled holes in the slates were not in the correct place when arranged evenly across the frame. Luckily we had a electric drill and a measuring tape so were able to build the bed without any further issues, which took over 2 hours, with 2 people. The Shoreditch design is good as it allowed us to fit our super king mattress into the available space. Initially, I wasn't sure about the platform style as I thought the mattress may slide around, but this wasn't a problem in the end. Overall, the frame is nice and sturdy and looks great.”

“Very pleased with the customer service. There were a couple of issues with delivery (arrived later than expected and slight damage), Elisha resolved this with us very promptly to our satisfaction and liaised with their delivery partner as required. Bed looks good (and smells great .. of pine), hoping it will last a long time.”

“Great bed, easy to put together and solidly built. We also bought the luxury mattress, which is fantastic. Really comfortable. We were kept well informed throughout the process. Delivery was spot on with an email and a call the day before, and another call about an hour before delivery. Excellent.”

“Ashley was so helpful and knowledgeable. Gave us samples. Had to ring for extra sizes 10 mins after we had left. Ashley kindly went straight away to get the measurement needed. I phoned the day after for more samples, and they obliged. Samples arrived in 48 hours.”

“The bed is sturdy once built However it was sent with the wrong instruction booklet making things more tricky than they needed to be. Also one of the screw positions for the bed legs is tricky to get in due to the position of the slat support and the length if the screw.”

“Arrived as the time slot suggested that morning, the guys were very good, and the delivery website was the best I've seen yet, it meant I could go out of the house on the day, knowing exactly where they were. The bed is finally up, took an hour (using a standard home power-drill) once I had all the bits out of the boxes, and I am an office worker not a builder. Its a nice heavy wood frame, looking forward to sleeping in it tonight.”
