“Bed frames arrive nicely packaged - no damage to packaging a number of parts of the bed frame arrived quite damaged - not sure how they could possibly have passed inspection. Bed frames are solid and robust, fairly easy to construct.”

“The bed itself is fine, but I specifcally ordered your bed because it showed black screws were used. Mine did not come with black screws but I had no time to request them as the bed was needed immediately. I also specifically ordered the mattress from you so it would fit the bed. In fact, it's an extremely tight fit which means making the bed takes a lot more effort. I've got used to the screws not blending in, but I regret the mattress fit every time I make the bed as the mattress is very heavy. Had I seen the fit before buying, I would not have bought your mattress. The bed is used for Airbnb guests and I'm 78 with a heart condition. I could really do without having to wrestle the sheets onto the mattress everytime.”

“We ordered our beds and I was a bit worried about having wooden beds Incase they creaked and groaned everytime you move or turn over in the night! They were very sturdy and so well made they went together very tightly with no creakes on or groans from them. They look very modern and minimalistic and will never date and they are so comfortable. So glad we made the switch from the old fashioned divan with drawers! Everyone comments on them when we show them around our new property. Delivery was everything we expected from a company like Get Laid Beds. Thank you so much. Can't say I would buy from them again as the beds won't ever wear out or need replacing! But I would highly recommend everyone else to purchase with peace of mind.”

“First bed we bought creaked excessively. We contacted Get Laid Beds, who gave advice on the wood settling and tightening screws and giving more time. After some more time, the issue hasn't resolved - the team offered a different style of bed as replacement, arranged for bed to be collected and delivered new bed. Very pleasant and helpful company to deal with, and clearly are invested in ensuring customers are happy with their product. Thanks again”

“Amazing customer service. I was kept updated throughout the whole process from start to finish including the delivery company FedEx ( some companies use a cheap delivery company and it always backfires ) Bed was easy to assembly and very solid. Highly recommend. Thank you”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Get Laid Beds was extremely disappointing. My bed was due for delivery on 29 May 2026 and I specifically needed it because friends were travelling from Malta to stay with us. We had already renovated the bedroom and disposed of the old furniture in preparation. On the day of delivery I was informed that the order had not reached the courier depot in time. Over the following days I received several different explanations, including that the boxes could not be located, that there were no scans on the shipment, and later that the order had been loaded onto the wrong pallet and returned to the company. What I found most frustrating was not the delay itself but the lack of clear information and any real attempt to resolve the problem. Despite explaining my situation, I was repeatedly told to wait while searches were carried out. No temporary solution, priority delivery or meaningful assistance was offered. Customer service felt dismissive and lacking in empathy. The responses came across as scripted apologies rather than genuine efforts to help a customer who had been badly let down. Mistakes happen, but good customer service is judged by how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standard I expected from a company selling premium furniture.”

“I ordered a spacesaver platform bed with wall mounted headboard both in oak. The order was acknowledged promptly and I was kept informed regularly on progress with my order. I requested a specific delivey date and this was adhered to. The quality of the products and the assembly instructions were excellent”

“Customer service is really good. Good amount of emails to say what is going on with your bed Only time I spoke to some we had a few parts were missed out if the box some how but they were extremely fast and amazing at fixing this and to get the parts out to us. .”
