“This bed is incredible quality, easy to put together and is very strong and sturdy. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a nice simple gorgeous style bed. Not only does it look amazing it also smells like fresh wood too!”

“I love my new dog bed so much. It was delivered quickly and seamlessly (to the US no less!) and was easy to assemble. It looks so good! All six dogs fit great on a queen size. We couldn't be happier.”

“Had some missing parts on delivery, replacements were sent a few days later. The suggested screw lengths for the headboard are not really long enough for the wood thickness so the bottom slat, where the tapered leg is thickest, is borderline falling off. Otherwise rest of joinery seems okay. Probably would not from here again though.”

“DO NOT RECOMMEND Part of my order has been missing which I ordered to be delivered on 19th July 2025. It is now 29th July 2025 and I am still waiting. The customer service team has never proactively given me any sort of updates unless I chased them. I have raised a formal complaint on 28th July 2025, and yet I have not even received any acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint. The service is extremely poor and I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

“Happy with the bed which looks great and is comfortable but the instructions were very poor compared to other flat packed furniture that we've constructed which for the price was frustrating as it took double the time and almost undermined the product quality. Drawings were hard to interpret and a supplementary photo card instruction had an inaccurate photo which later required the part to be moved. Concerned that use of screws rather than bolts will make it less likely to withstand being moved and reconstructed.”
