“The bed came punctually and was easy to assemble. It looks good as a piece of furniture. There are 2 small and 1 larger mark on it from manufacturing which I am disappointed about. I emailed the company with photos but got no reply.”

“Really wonderful bed. Very well made, easy enough to put together and I appreciated the urgent delivery after a bad experience with a different company. I’ve had a week of comfortable sleeping since and I highly recommend it.”

“The entire process from start to finish was flawless. Customer service kept us updated about the progress of our bed frame being built and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be. Our amazing delivery driver put it together in less than half an hour and now we have a gorgeous bed.”

“The customisation and range of options was really what got us to look into Get Laid Beds, we wanted something sturdy and highlighting simply the beauty of wood. Upon reception, it was easy to easy to assemble, and so far, we're really happy with it. However, few issues with delivery - we got the wrong date of delivery confirmed on order due to a system issue and then the carrier (AIT) misdirected half our parcels - but customer service was helpful and got in touch to resolve the issue really quickly each time.”

“Terrible customer service and very little help when I needed it. I tried to arrange the assembly service and got nowhere, so I ended up doing it myself. The assembly instructions are hopeless.”

“We love our new Get Laid beds, well designed, sturdy base (we’re tall people!) and highly comfortable mattresses. We’ve had loads of compliments! The under bed storage has been our saviour as we’ve recently down-sized.”

“Great customer service after I initially bought the wrong bed frame and were super helpful with me exchanging the bed. Also when there was an issue with delivery they again were really helpful liaising with the delivery company to help rectify. Really love the other bed I have from them too. Would highly recommend their beds.”

“Superb quality, arrived exactly as promised. Assembled in a couple of hrs without any issues. Solid wood built. Greatly responsive customer service. Bed was delivered with FedEx, no damages, thanks to proper packaging. will definetely recommend Get Laid Beds”

“Staff and customer service excellent. Special mention to George who quickly sorted problem with delivery. The bed appears to be excellent ( time will tell). The assembly of the bed was straightforward - there were a couple of places I had to reread the instructions but the individual parts were well marked and all pieces went together accurately ( well done to maker Jake B). Very satisfied with bed and company. Would recommend them to anyone.”

“The ordering and delivery was fine. The delivery guys hadn't realised I'd ordered my old mattress to be recycled but luckily they took it once my invoice was confirmed. The bed frame is a nice design but I regret buying it. The instructions were terrible and construction was really difficult even with two people (make sure you have an electric screw driver!!). It is the creakiest, wonkiest bed ever. Really disappointing for the price.”

“Bed is excellent quality and we loved the range of options that allowed us to buy a low bed for our toddler. Was delivered by a very friendly chap who arrived right on time, put the whole thing together in 20mins and took away all the packaging. This is the second bed we've had from them and we'd definitely recommend them.”

“The bed is beautiful, it's so comfortable and doesn't squeak at all. Paolo did such a great job of putting it together, very quickly, and adjusted the curtains on the canopy for me.”
