“Love my new bed. Went for the dark brown Japanese storage bed and am so pleased with quality and look. Very elegant! Decent price for a solid wood bed. Delivery and communication were also excellent! Instructions need a little tidy up but nothing major. Overall very happy with this purchase.”

We live in NE Scotland and finding a company that actually delivers here without a huge extra cost is a huge boost-this alone would make me order from them again. But the quality is also fantastic-my son is pleased with his bed and it looks great. Thank you”

“There was an issue with my delivery (box missing) which was solved by the lovely Amy, however there was a significant delay in getting that final box. This caused me quite a few problems and inconveniences. Additionally the bed arrived with dents from transportation, which was disappointing especially as I was so tired of dealing with the delivery issues already. The bed itself is beautiful and great quality, I love the look of it. However all of these issues have upset me quite a bit and make the premium price I paid not feel worth it.”

“I recently ordered a bed from Get Laid Beds and overall I’m really happy with the experience. The website was easy to use and I liked how many custom options there were, so I could get exactly what I wanted. There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery as it got rerouted, but that wasn’t their fault and they were helpful when I got in touch. Once it arrived, everything was well-packaged and the instructions were clear. The bed itself is great quality — really solid, no creaks, and it looks even better in person. It was straightforward to put together and feels like it’s built to last. All in all, despite the delivery issue (which wasn’t down to them), I’d definitely recommend Get Laid Beds for a well-made, sturdy bed at a good price.”

“The instructions to assemble the bed are very difficult to understand. Also we could not put our bed against the wall, as the headboard has sharp metal edges and it scratched our wall which we will have to now re-paint. The bed itself is nice however for the price, the headboard design and assembly instructions are disappointing. The Tokyo storage bed with headboard should be supplied with a headboard cover to prevent the walls being scratched. I requested one however was only offered free postage rather than a complimentary headboard cover and was advised to keep the bed away from the wall which was a bit disappointing as makes the bedroom smaller.”

“The bed is well made and relatively easy to assemble. As they reccomend, it is a lot easier with an electric screwdriver and I'd further suggest you get a fairly small/compact one, as some of the points where you need to screw are fairly tight for space. We purchased an unpainted bed (as we wanted to paint it ourselves), which mostly worked fine, but do be prepared for some significant sanding down. My assumption was that it would come in the same condition they must get the beds for their own teams to paint/treat, but the wood was surprisingly rough in places.”

“We are absolutely delighted with our new bed and under bed storage boxes. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable when I telephoned with an enquiry before placing my order. Regular updates were sent with regards to production and delivery. The bed was simple to build and is of a fabulous quality. It’s well made, beautiful to look at, comfortable and the storage boxes are invaluable. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.”

“Firstly there was no option to book a engineer when placing the order, secondly when the parts arrived all the screws for the posts and slats were missing, thirdly 2 of the slats did not fit and we had to cut these down. As we are awaiting our mattress we are yet to complete the ottoman assembly, so hopefully there are no further issues. Also it should also be noted that the bed is not completely black as shown in the website pictures, so overall not highly impressed and would not recommend to others.”

“It was not made clear how much effort was going to be needed to construct the bed i.e. the headboard and tailboard were not single pieces, this bed is truly a flat pack of many pieces all needing to be assembled.”

“The bed itself was fine but I thought it was expensive only to find that 2 weeks after I placed my order they reduced the same bed by £100. Really annoying especially advert refused to reimburse any money when I asked them.”

“We’re really pleased with our new bed frame - everything from customising it to the updates about its production to the delivery and packaging was top notch. It looks fantastic snd was what we wanted (and at good value nonetheless). It feels increasingly hard to find furniture with services like this today, which makes this experience feel even more high quality.”

“This is our second time buying a Get Laid Bed and they are very sturdy, the frame is well made and they compliment a bedroom rather than overpower it. We had an issue with the pre-drilled holes on the slats this time and had to adjust them but Get Laid immediately offered to replace them. My daughter loves her new bed and says it’s the most comfortable bed she’s ever had.”
