“The product is ok but the real amount of effort to assemble is not reflected in the descriptions. The customer service appears AWOL. I sent several enquiries before ordering and for after care support - the only enquiry that received a response was for something really specific eg not enough screws dispatched with the order, for anything related to the substance and success of the order, I'm still waiting. I can't really say I would recommend as with hindsight I wish I'd gone with another supplier because I can't seem to get the support I need.”

“The order was easy to make online. The king size platform bed came when specified and it was really easy to put together. Excellent quality! This is the second bed I have had from Get Laid and it always meets my expectations!”

“Bed seems great - have a small double for my daughter. Building it was a bit of a faff as screwing in the slats was not explained fully - instructions are really poor and a couple of times the wood was splintered. This was due to the the gaps between the slats and the frame having to be very carefully placed as they don’t sit flush and the instructions did not give any details. The bed itself seems sturdy and good quality.”

“The bed is fantastic, the delivery was awful. We’re so pleased with the bed that has been provided to us, but it was very much overshadowed by the mess with the courier. Firstly we were given a 2 hour window, which we planned our day around; the courier arrived 2 hours early, so we had to rush home from a breakfast we’d just bought. The courier then refused to deliver the mattress to our room, despite there not being an angle greater than 45 degrees, which was the criteria provided for not delivering. My wife and I had to get the mattress and frame up the stairs to the bedroom, instead of trained professionals. It’s a shame to see such quality bedmanship paired with such poor service.”

“The wood material is lovely and it was easy to put together However the bed is incredibly noisy and we have had to put towels at the back to protect the wall as there were parts missing as protectors for the screws should have been provided. It feels flimsy and moves and therefore we are having to try and secure it ourselves Disappointing for the price”

“I got the deco bed in honey satin. It’s really good quality wood and constructed so beautifully. Such a gorgeous bed, good communication and fast delivery. They were able to accommodate bespoke changes to my order - thank you!”

“The bed is solid and customer service has been fantastic (very quick) however I was not expecting to have to build the bed entirely from scratch. I expected a headboard and footboard to be pre made and then I would just need to add the sides on and the base however I had to make the headboard and footboard myself as well. Having spent over £1000 I can't say I'm thrilled as it felt more like an IKEA experience.”
