“Just moved in to a new place - getlaidbeds were able to deliver and assemble within a couple of weeks. Very happy with the service: particularly Paulo and Tyler who were super efficient (and friendly) at putting it together. The team were responsive over email though there were a few frustrating moments when my emails weren't read properly and I wasn’t always responded to in a timely fashion. That said, they did always get back, and problems were resolved.”

“Absolutely perfect. We opted to have our beds a bit higher than standard - easier to get in and out of and we're able to store large cases underneath. Great bit of British craftsmanship.”

“Atrocious. Poor finishing. Poor CNC machining. Poor sizing. Poor customer service. Poor quality management. Poor adherence to marketing pictures. Poor alignment. Sloppy mortice and tenon joints. Exterior screws visible that should not be. Dangerous finish that could cause splinter injury. Colour matching is like a pick and mix, would sir like light, medium or dark oak? Nevermind we'll supply every colour available. This company needs a serious management review of manufacturing design, quality and issue resolution. I am on the verge of returning my bedframe for a full refund if they don't resolve the issues I have escalated. I am still waiting for a call from their management team, this is likely a futile exercise. My wife and I will end up with new mattresses on the bedroom floor instead of on a bed frame. Disgusted. I do not recommend getlaidbeds and will be writing more reviews in many more places if they don't wake up and resolve my issues! Asking me to review getlaidbeds during a formal complaint process is further evidence of incompetence and stupidity alongside asking for photos your IT system rejects !”

“I rang esp to ask how easy the bed was to assemble. I was told it was extremely easy and would only need two people for a few steps. How wrong was that information! It took four adults over two hours to put together and the instructions, esp the images, are useless. I’d buy elsewhere. Not worth the price tag”

“I bought the Japanese Storage Bed in solid Sapele wood. It's a great quality modern bed with a surprising amount of storage and makes the room look much larger - would recommend two of the underbed drawers as you can fit one under each side - there is a beam under the middle of the bed that keeps them in place.”

“Hi, I would love to write a review but I haven't received the parcel yet. Fedex people are changing delivery date every now and then. Their customer service is so bad. I dont know how to reach them out. Please help me to resolve this. It is never your bed but the delivery people. Thank you”

“Get Laid Beds have been fantastic to deal with. Everything was efficient from ordering to having to delay my delivery date due to moving house and then having to change the address at the very last minute. I’m really pleased with my bed. It was really well packed and easy to assemble with clear instructions. It’s very solid and well made and looks exactly like I wanted it to!”

“Low Tokyo Bed is a top quality piece of craftsmanship. Our heavy family of wriggly and restless sleepers have destabilised many wooden bed frames over the years and so after much research I bought a Low Tokyo bed frame from Get Laid Beds. It is in another league to every other bed I have owned, including some which were very expensive. It is superbly engineered with top quality materials. Follow the instructions carefully, they are well explained, and you will be delighted with this beautifully designed bed. There are also instructions on how to disassemble the bed properly for moving house. Also, Get Laid Beds are a great company to deal with, their customer service is excellent, actually one of the best I have come across.”

“The bed was adequate but not the quality product advertised. The fit was loose and one slat was missing The instructions were unclear with crude pictures of components whilst the text referred to components by name, there was however no link between the names and pictures The headboard slats didn't fit which meant unpainted wood was visible. We got around this by fixing them tightly to the top rail and relying on the mattress to cover the exposed wood at the bottom The washers were too small to cover unpainted wood in the joints and the pilot holes were too small to drive the screws in on the main frame; I had to over drill them slightly. In essence I paid for a Mercedes but a Vauxhall was delivered”
