“I ordered and received three White Knight Beds (Space Savers) for my new home. They are perfect! Their compact footprint is perfect for the proportions of the upstairs rooms in my new build property. The beds were delivered on time and were well packaged. The beds themselves were easy to build (you will need an electric screwdriver) and are so sturdy. The wood finish (I chose greywash) is beautiful. The only issue has been the tight fit of Ikea matresses into the frame. This will probably be more to do with Ikea sizing, despite buying standard not European! Thank you Get Laid Beds, I'm really happy!”

“We ordered the Shoreditch bed in hardwood. It arrived well packaged and is clearly well made and the wood is of good quality. I have only 2 criticisms - too few 60mm screws were provided (we were 4 short of the number specified in the booklet and had to buy more) and the drilled holes in the slats did not measure up to the frame - we had to drill our own. For the price of the bedframe, I would have expected better. Having said that, the wood and frame now look good.”

“The bed is from solid wood which is nice but it has two MAJOR issues: 1. It’s the loudest bed I’ve ever laid in. It emanates loud cracking sounds by just turning around in it, let alone anything else. 2. The headboard is sustained by a metal structure screwed in the back. The metal structure is slightly inclined and it’s built in a way that ends with two metal spikes on each side, essentially making it a hazard for any wall. If I let it touch the plaster wall it literally makes a hole in the wall. There aren’t pictures on the website so I couldn’t know I purchased it. The structure and the design are nice, but these two issues make this bed at this price point a VERY poor decision. Also the instructions were so unclear it was almost ironic. I’m big on DIY and still found them comically poorly designed.”

“Bed is very comfortable but assembly wasn't easy with unclear instructions and one piece was too short (was replaced within a week). Rush delivery was booked but not kept to. Delivery price was refunded. Though the stain is beautiful, a number of pieces are left untreated which makes the price feel a bit heavy. Customer service were good at sorting issues quickly.”

“(For all the US customers)At first I was hesitant, especially ordering a bed from overseas. Customer service kept up with me via email during the entire process from woodworking to the day it was delivered. There was a hiccup during the shipping process but it was through customs which is unavoidable. Now that I have everything put together and I'm actually sleeping on the bed I am very pleased with the purchase.”

“I recommend this company,but do call before the day of delivery to ensure they have notified the courier company as although I received an email informing me of the delivery, it didn't happen and I was without a bed for one week in which I had 3 hours sleep was therefore very displeased and dissatisfied.The man I spoke to in customer service was lovely and reorganised the delivery.I would have given 5 stars except for this.The courier company was excellent as were the men who delivered.”

“Website well laid out and easy to identify and review products of interest. Very good detail and photos on products. We were regularly updated on progress of our order and the date we requested for our order to be delivered was met exactly. We were also given a website address where we could contact tradesmen to assemble our bed as we were outside Get Laids own assembly area. Extremely satisfied with our bed and with the service provided.”

“I found get laid beds easy to order from. Helpful staff at the end of the telephone. The delivery team brought us the wrong mattress, so we went and got our own, the refund was sent to my account pretty quickly. As for the bed.., seems ok so far.... We purchased under bed draws, which are ok but are a little tricky to assemble, I had to drill my own pilot holes for the screws to fit , as the readymade holes were way off line. A little disappointed, considering the price and claims of being hand crafted.”
