“Absolutely thrilled with our Classic bed in pinewood. The bed is the centre piece of the room and brings so much warmth to the space. The customer service was fantastic from first enquiry about a bespoke element to completion. And questions I had were answered quickly over the phone or via email and samples sent out to my home. Would definitely order from them again.”

“We have just purchased a white knight bed for a member of our family after having previously purchased 4 - 3 doubles and a single for our house about 5 years ago. They are of very good quality and instructions on making them up clear and precise. Delivery excellent. Thankyou”

“First time using this company. I chose them because they make their own beds and I liked what I seen on their website. I had a concern with the delivery of my order via the company they were using. That company having different ideas on how they were going to deliver my packages compared to what I had chosen and so I contacted Get Laid Beds. Get Laid Beds were very helpful and understanding and aimed to try and sort this for me. In the end, all worked out ok.”

“Lovely material selection with a great finishing department, however. Instructions are poor and generic consisting of old low res images. As the. Holes in the frame are asymmetrical they kindly label each section to help orientation and drilled holes lining up but the headboard beam was missing any labelling so I wasn't confident the screw holes were lining up. Lastly the slat support lengths are glued and screwed with no consideration to top and tail. I mistakenly screwed my first slat in place, aligning it the the start of the support beam but as the beams are positioned at different distances the first slat was a few degrees out so I ended up measure off the footer for the remaining slats. I have also experienced some squeaking from the headboard join even with light movements. Granted I am not a small person but I did expect a solid build for the price.”

“Callum and Pete delivered and assembled our bed frame quickly and professionally. They were very polite and considerate. Unfortunately, the mattress couldn't fit around our staircase but I'd recommend the delivery service.”

“Good communication with Get Laid beds during the order and delivery process. Only gave 3 stars as the product came in so many pieces it required more than just flat pack assembly. I was not expecting that the header would have to be constructed from individual planks. The bed hasn't been tried out yet.”

“This is our second one we've bought as we were very happy with the first. Very solid beds, lovely colour, nice and simple. The classic was much simpler to assemble than the ottoman which was nice, only took about 45 mins - 1 hour between 2 of us and we weren't rushing. Delivery was a day later than we requested (to Northern Ireland) but we'd been warned that could happen and the delivery partner kept us well informed with updates.”

“We absolutely love this bed. We bought the King Size Japanese Bed with under bed storage. It took us ages to decide on what sort of bed to buy for our very narrow room. This bed works so well. It fits a treat, looks great, is really sturdy and sits at a nice height. Would highly recommend.”

“I can't believe they would send me a link to leave a review after the service they've provided, but here goes. 1) Ordered a king size bed, mattress, and mattress protector. 2) Got shipped a single bed frame, king mattress, and king mattress protector. 3) Got blamed by the customer service rep because apparently my order confirmation said it was a single bed (on their page though, you literally just check a box that says I also want a mattress, so not sure how that even happened, but fine). 4) Paid the difference, got a new bed sent out, but had to wait almost 2 weeks. 5) Received the bed and was supposed to pick up the old frame the same day. Customer service failed to schedule it. Apologized, sent out a person the next day. Specifically said I would not be there (as I'd already taken off work to receive the replacement bed. They said that's fine. 6) Delivery person refused to pick up the old frame because I wasn't there. 7) Called and rescheduled delivery, supposed to come the next day. 8) Delivery person refused to pick up the old frame because "the gate was locked", then took a picture of a barn next door, rather than the residential home that pops up on Google if you search for my address, and failed to follow the directions. 9) Supposed to come again Saturday to pick up the bed, we'll see if they can figure it out this time. 10) Put the new frame together tonight, it doesn't fit. The instructions explicitly SHOW and SAY that the rails should be on the bottom, but when you do that, the mattress doesn't fit into the recess, it sits on top of the outside rail and there's a gap before the slats. This might be fixed by turning over the rails...but since the instructions are VERY clear that's not the case, it's not reasonable to try that until talking to them tomorrow. There are FAR too many people who've had massive, repeated problems with this company, I'm at the end of my patience, would definitely not recommend this company under ANY circumstance.”

“We absolutely love our bed. We bought the Sable Low Enkel Bed with the matching Wooden ladder shelfs and we love it! Had a few issues with the wrong pieces being delivered but the customer service, which was excellent, and the quality more than made up for it. We also got the Every night mattress and we are happy to say its perfect, extremely comfortable so glad we bought it.”
