“Service was good, delivery was on time but quality of the bed was below expectation, wood was low quality with lots of knots and some splits. Assembly holes were not aligned, quite a lot of variance which wasn't fully explained in the assembley instructions so you're never sure if the dimensions of the pieces are correct? Worst part was the poor assembley instructions which I was very dissapointed with. Assembley illustrations didn't have details needed to identify which part was which, little to no text descriptions. incorrect measurements of hardwear so on some stages it was unclear if they had provided the correct hardwear, which made it unecesarily difficult to build, wasted time and almost felt like it had been written by AI or just not tested by anyone internally...which for the price you would expect as a minimum? For example there was an illustration of one of their planks which I assumed had multiple holes drilled throughout...turns out this didn't correlate to any of the pieces and might have actually just been an illustration of a plank with knots in it. Why this was illustrated I have no clue. Also given that it's a self assemble piece of furniture I would hope that it can be disassembled in the future to re-install, but because it's all wood screws on softwood it doesn't really feel like theres much consideration around longevity in place. Having said all that, the bed feels solid, but I wouldn't recommend the pine option or the self assembly.”

“This is a serious upgrade for us, to replace a cheaper and less robust wooden bedframe which broke. The Japanese Storage Bed came in the right size to take our luxury EU Kingsize mattress. Good quality materials, well packaged and delivered by friendly and helpful couriers.”

“Very impressed with the efficiency of the service I received. “The parts are well marked with matching markings where joints mate, pay attention at the back! That said diagrams and instructions are a little sparse. The strut brackets are strong enough but there is insufficient clearance to get the brackets screwed into such a skinny rail, maybe beef up the rail.”

“Very good quality hardware The pre-drilled holes measured up perfectly The wood was lovely and no splinters to be had. The instructions were a bit tricky, as they showed a middle panel, when there was not one, but I just went online and re-looked at the 3D image. The only downside is there was no pre-drilled holes for the slats, so it took a lot of measuring for the spaces and also to make sure the screws were in the middle of the base. There was also green ink on the leg but I don’t mind this, as the bed cannot be seen, once the mattress is on. If I needed another bed, I’d buy from here again.”

“I ordered a bed and mattress for delivery on 18th December. The bed arrived but the mattress went awol and Get Laid Beds pulled out all the stops to get me a replacement in time for Christmas. Delighted with both. My husband assembled the bed and it was easy to put together. It looks great in our guest bedroom. I'd definitely recommend Get Laid Beds for service and for its products.”

“We bought a low bed and an everyday mattress and they are both amazing. Both communication and delivery were very swift. Even phone support was great with a challenge I faced when assembling the bed. The ONLY thing that could be improved is their manual. It took me 4 hours to put the bed together because I assembled the corner feet wrong; it was not clear that they are not all identical. Please just spend an hour to improve the schematics to make it more IKEA-esque and the assembly would be a 15 minute job. No regrets for the purchase.”

“I've built the bed and it seems to be fine but the delivery service Get Laid use is appalling. Furdeco were meant to deliver both bed and mattress on the Monday. Mattress didn't come. Then it was promised Wednesday, I changed plans for this. It didn't come even after the promised it would. I then requested the mattress be delivered 11-am-1pm on the Friday and they agree. It arrived 2pm on the Friday and they refused to help me carry it up the stairs so it is now stuck in my hallway. Appalling.”

“Easy to order,very well made and exactly as shown in photos and description on website. Assembly pretty straightforward too. We had a problem with a missing part, courier issue not the company, this was sorted straight away by Lewis following one call, great service.”
