“Firstly the bed itself is brillianbt and I love it. However please change your delivery partners from Fedex. As the part of your brand that directly connects to the customer their service is atrociious. I have now received 2 delivers from yourselves by FedEx. Both times they have had led with poor communication (sending an email saying "part of your order will be delivered", giving me a 4 hour window, moving the time of that window when it has already started and then failing to deliver within that new 4 hour window. There is no tracking available for me to understand how long they may be. Right now I would probably not order from yourselves again if I knew you were still using FedEx.”

“I ordered a low platform bed from Get Laid Beds. The original order had a couple of issues. It squeaked a little and one side rail had a flaw. The second customer service agent I interacted with, was very helpful and resolved the issues for me. I did however have to order an additional slat at my own expense. I wanted to reduce the gap between slats, in order to create a more stable base. Now the bed sleeps really well, doesn’t squeak, looks great and is easy to clean! Would definitely recommend!”

“After ordering a bed from a different company and having experience appalling quality when it stated the bed could withhold a certain weight capacity and broke on the first day with not even half of it! I then found get laid from a google search and can honestly say I’m so pleased! The ordering process was super simple, they have such a range of beds available, then the delivery process was always well updated on where your product was in the production. The bed arrived securely packaged, the wood was extremely sturdy and the emblem being on each piece made a perfect finishing touch. The bed itself in so sturdy and well made, I am outstanded at the quality for the price! Would 100% buy from them again.”

“I have bought two beds plus mattresses from Get Laid and the found ordering process very simple and the products superb quality. Perfect communication about delivery. Easy to assemble (and disassemble when decorating) and very durable. So needed an understorage box and the natural choice was Get Laid. Ordering simple. Delivered when promised. Easy to assemble. Superb quality and very durable - bottom is solid wood not hardboard!.....”

“Solid all wood bed which was easy to assemble, been using it for just under a week and I’m pleased with the look and quality. I like the choice of colours so it matches the other furniture. Will buy again when the other frames need replacing.”

“my experience is mixed, customer services were fantastic and helped me with a problem with ordering so they get 6 out of 5. On the other hand the product was a bit disappointing, the quality of materials was disappointing and the assembly instructions confusing.”

“Had the deco bed a few months now, happy with it, it’s solid, curved legs are nice. We had to sand down one slat slightly when building. There was an issue with the order in that the wrong size mattress was shipped, a shame as seemed like a good mattress but we needed to return. I can’t fault the customer service in dealing with this (Amy was very helpful). Would use again if needing another bed.”

“Bed delivered today (so crossing fingers that my review isn't "speaking" too soon!) and I'm very pleased with my floating bed in oak. It's a great Japandi design and succeeds in appearing to take minimal space in our smallest bedroom. The delivery was very smooth, with a tracker for the van being emailed first thing this morning. I went for the assembly option and Todd completed this perfectly, including applying bees wax to help prevent creaks :) He was emphatic that I must contact GLB if there is any problem at all with the bed so I feel the company is keen to look after us.”

“No issue with the bed however they choose to use FedEx who are one of the worst courier companies. Bed was sent out in 3 boxes however only 2 turned up on the specified delivery date. Given that I paid for delivery on a date and selected this 12 days in advance I was dissatisfied to have to wait for the 3rd box to eventually turn up. I did phone Get Laid Beds to enquire where the rest of the bed was and was told to wait to see if it turns up. I told them that FedEx was a poor courier to use and was informed that 80% of the time the deliver on time. What about the other 20%!!! Use a better courier and get it delivered when promised and paid for.”

“I bought a 4 poster bed plus the curtains to go round, the bed is beautiful quailty BUT the curtains are very poor standard for the price of £328.00 we only put them up on Monday 9th March as our new property has only just been signed off to move in, we are so disappointed there is no way these curtains are this price for the poor quailty, my friends who have viewed them aswell, said they must have a printing error on the site should only be £32.80, unfortunately we where over the 14 days returns.”
