“Bed received without the attachments to build it. The wood looks nice enough, but as it stands (or rather, doesn't) it's just multiple lengths of wood. I called last monday and was told the screws etc would be sent 24hr tracked - they did not arrive by Friday so I called again. Apparently they were actually sent 1st class on Tuesday 25th, so I patiently waited til Monday's post had been and gone before calling again. On calling, I was told they don't send such small items tracked, but they'd send out a new batch of screws again (untracked). You'd think that they'd want to ensure their goods arrived, but apparently correcting for delays and mistakes in a timely manner is not part of their customer service policy. Anyway, it is now Wednesday 2nd April and I have just been informed my items are 'awaiting collection' by royal mail. Will they ever arrive - who knows? Now I'm not sure where I stand or whether my bed will ever stand. One thing I am certain of is that the company's customer service policies need to be looked at and more effort should be made to ensure their products arrive suitable for use.”

“Get Laid Beds don’t just have the best name is the bed frame industry… they also happen to make the highest quality beds around! They honestly have so many options and colorways it’s guaranteed that you’ll find the perfect one for you. I picked the Low Platform bed in the “Cinnamon” color, and let me just say… WOW… it surpassed my expectations. I’ve gotten compliments from everyone who’s seen my bed. It’s beautiful and high quality. 10/10 could not recommend more :) Thanks guys !”

“We absolutely love our Oxford bed frame and underbed storage box, both in the coffee bean stain. The bed frame is sturdy as well as stunning. It's located in our cabin and we wanted to pick something with warm, wood tones to match the aesthetic but also be sustainable. This frame was the perfect solution for us. The fact that the team at Get Laid Beds takes great care to give back to the planet with planting trees makes makes us love the company even more. We're working toward finishing up another bedroom in our cabin and intend to purchase two more bed frames from Get Laid Beds!”

“This is our second bed from this brilliant company. An early issue with the Shoreditch headboard was quickly sorted thanks the assembly guys (Peter, Ben, Cy and Adam) and the very helpful Trisha, Beth and Ellie in customer service. The whole process of delivery and assembly was very straight forward and backed with excellent communication and stellar customer service. Strongly recommend this company!”

“Love the ordering process, from beginning to end you made the purchasing enjoyable. Product was beyond our expectations and hand crafted. Something you can’t find for normally double the price. Surprisingly the delivery was very quick, extremely easy to put together, extremely well built and handcrafted. Overall a 10/10. “I am very pleased with my Get Laid ottoman bed. The stats are way more substantial than any other bed on the market that I could find. The service from their delivery partner was second to none. I chose to put the bet together myself and found that it had been really well packed, and although there were a couple of occasions that I had to pause and re-read the instructions, ultimately, they were easy to follow, and the pilot holes were perfectly aligned. Given a second go, I would definitely buy this same bed again. 10/10.”
