“The bed creaks, I mean creaks.. the wooden sounds like it’s cracking everytime we move in the bed. The ordering and delivery process was spot on, but the bed is rather disappointing just because it’s loud”

“Arrogant, unhelpful customer service. Shoreditch space saver bed is utter trash Slats and frame too short to support mattress Not enough screws sent Pilot holes in wrong place Screws not long enough to hold headboard in place Bed creaks beyond anything you could imagine. Tried to charge me for collection after already paying for delivery and wasting time putting together. Whole lot went in the bin. Avoid at all costs”

“I haven’t got much space in my room but after getting my bed it has made the world of difference! Couldn’t be happier! The bed is spectacular, easy to build. Looks amazing and now I don’t have to side step to walk in my room. Quality A*.”

“I bought 2 single beds. The quality of the oak panels is good and well made. The slats are not oak. The admin was poor - the assembly team did not show up because the administrator did not process this part of my order. One of the slats could not be nailed across the bed because the holes were not positioned in the correct place. Sadly your company needs to be a bit more reliable.”

“It’s a mixed review for Get Laid Beds. Overall I’d say their customer service is good, but their product is quite poor considering the price. You expect quality when spending £1000 on a bed frame, and to be fair, the main timber components are as advertised. The details let it down. The tenon joints are loose, and inadequately fixed with screws. The result is a squeaky, rickety bed that I’ve had to spend time and money upgrading with proper brackets, reinforcements and fixings. Initially they also sent the wrong slats and insufficient screws. The phone operator was very helpful and arranged for replacements, but we had to wait another few days for them. You come to a company like this willing to spend a bit more for quality and attention to detail, but the product is no better than one of the big chain brands. Overall I can’t recommend.”

“Firstly the bed itself is brillianbt and I love it. However please change your delivery partners from Fedex. As the part of your brand that directly connects to the customer their service is atrociious. I have now received 2 delivers from yourselves by FedEx. Both times they have had led with poor communication (sending an email saying "part of your order will be delivered", giving me a 4 hour window, moving the time of that window when it has already started and then failing to deliver within that new 4 hour window. There is no tracking available for me to understand how long they may be. Right now I would probably not order from yourselves again if I knew you were still using FedEx.”

“I ordered a low platform bed from Get Laid Beds. The original order had a couple of issues. It squeaked a little and one side rail had a flaw. The second customer service agent I interacted with, was very helpful and resolved the issues for me. I did however have to order an additional slat at my own expense. I wanted to reduce the gap between slats, in order to create a more stable base. Now the bed sleeps really well, doesn’t squeak, looks great and is easy to clean! Would definitely recommend!”
