“I'm thrilled with my Kensington bed. I ordered the small double in Honey. The colour is gorgeous, very warm and classic. The headboard is really comfy to lean against. There was a bit of an issue assembling the headboard but with a bit of googling we worked it out (for reference we lined up the top headboard 'plank' so it was flush with the top of the posts). A bit more guidance in the instructions would have been useful. The height of the bed is perfect, with 26cm clearance underneath so plenty of room for underbed storage boxes. The customer service I received from Elisha was excellent. I used the What's App service to contact them and Elisha quickly responded to all my queries and was a fantastic help. I would highly recommend Get Laid beds.”

“I bought this bed for my son,it arrived on time. It's an amazingly good quality bed all joints were mortise and tenon fitted perfectly and good quality stainless steel screws. The slats are 5" wide 1" thick again screwed down it only took me 45 mins to hour to put it together. I had the sapele hard wood version. Great quality and service 👍🏽”

“Bed arrived on time. There was a minor issue with the order (instructions for the none space saver version of the bed were sent so we constructed the bed incorrectly). Grace kindly resolved for us and sent us an underbed storage box free of charge for the inconvenience. Beautifully made products and high quality finish. Would recommend.”

“The bed looks nice, but it is different from the picture on the website. When ordering the "Platform Storage Bed," I expected it to come with the under-bed drawers shown in the online photos. To my surprise, a bed costing £400 arrived without any drawers at all. It turns out that each drawer costs an additional £99. I feel misled by the product description and images, and I am not entirely satisfied with the customer service.”

“Having a small guest room I ordered the 4 foot Tokyo bed and mattress. I found the bed pretty easy to assemble and the mattress is really substantial. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase.”

They communicated regularly during the order and delivery process and answered my queries promptly during the assembIy of the bed. “This was my second purchase with you (the last one was circa 10 years ago and I loved it) but I will never buy from you again and I will be warning all my family and friends against you as well. The bed frame I received does not have the same measurements as on the product page. Your rep confirmed that for a snug fit in the bed frame, my mattress should be 188.5cm long. —My mattress is 190cm long. —Your bed frame is advertised as 190cm long. —The bed frame I received is 196cm long. You refused to acknowledge the issue or offer a resolution—be that a replacement (preferable) or a refund. I sent you photos, videos, measurements for the frame AND my mattress as requested. Despite all this evidence, your rep tried putting the blame on me, on cm to inch conversions—and in doing so, completely contradicting themselves and disregarding your own product description—and even on my mattress. They demonstrated very clearly they hadn’t looked at any of the photos I sent or read a word I said. So on top of a product not as described, it was made clear to me you do not value or respect your customers, their time, their money or their intelligence.”

“Decent quality and good looking furniture yet assembly instructions quite poor with pieces not labelled, just makes assembly more difficult that it needs to be. Underbed storage drawer instructions particularly poor.”
