“Before giving full review, as we have not yet received all our items, just to make a comment. We were kept well informed with original information before bed was delivered. Bed and mattress was delivered one date late - but not a problem. However, our mattress protector and 2 Hotel Collection fitted sheets were not delivered. I mentioned to delivery men but they thought it might be in packages. It wasn't,so I telephoned yourselves straight away. I was told they had been out of stock but were now being prepared to be delivered. I requested the four leg covering protectors for the bed to be added to the order which was still with you, if it was possible, and was told that someone would contact me for payment of the £7. That was on Thursday but no-one has called and no information by email has been received. Not a problem, but if someone could just let me know the up to date position for delivery etc. Many thanks. In the process of making the bed up but looking good. Will review for you when we complete. Appreciate your time.”

“The designs were exactly what we were looking for, simple yet stylish and natural coloured. The information provided during the whole process was useful and it was a pretty fast turnaround. I couldn't believe how small the boxes were when it was delivered, I thought there must be something missing but there wasn't, it was just very efficiently packaged. The instructions were clear and it was easy to put together and feels sturdy. It is also very comfortable. I would highly recommend Get Laid Beds.”

“A good experience with Get Laid Beds. Excellent informative customer service, two different contacts,equally helpful. I bought the Oxford bed in white, without mattress. Delivery was when promised and straightforward. I got my handyman to assemble, it being beyond my Ikea-level pay grade, and he said it was easy using the paper instructions (there's an online demo but he didn't need it).”

“Thank you for an amazing customer journey. Your website was simple to use, with all the information for each bed fully in the main description, no hunting for the weight limit, sizing and gaurantee length. Once the order was placed, you keep us in the loop each step of the way, from sourcing the wood to putting the finishing touches to the wood. You used Fed Ex to deliver which earned more brownie points, as they have a sterling reputation. Opening the boxes, the lack of plastic was very much a plus for us, the clothe bag, the screws came in, will be used for many years to come for board gaming. The bed was put together within 30 minutes with just one adult and a very helpful 9 year old, and the quality is a treat, no more bendy slats that snap within 6 months. Thank you for the care you have obviously taken.”

“The bed components were carefully packaged and arrived in good order. The wood is well finished and the pieces fitted together perfectly. The instruction sheets could have been clearer but, with help, the bed was completed in under an hour and looks great.”

“Good range and options of beds. Nice selection of extras. Ordered 'rounded' bed to stop hitting my leg on sharp corners. Build quality of the beds are excellent. Delivery was fuss free and quick. Wish I found this company sooner.”

“Great bed - floating space saver - my spare room was dominated by a huge super king bed - now with the flooring space saver it looks great - sturdy design , easy to assembly and looks great. Great delivery 🚚 100% recommend.”

“I am very happy with the bed which is well made and was easy to put together. I was much less happy with the delivery by FedEx. I arranged for the bed to be delivered to my static caravan near Cardigan in West Wales. I gave the full address including the plot number of my caravan. I was given an estimated delivery window on 8.50-12.50 but the bed did not arrive until 15.59 (with no update on the estimated delivery time provided by FedEx. The office at the site was not staffed but the 3 boxes containing the bed were left propped up against the office building wall by FedEx and not delivered to my plot where I had been waiting all day. Someone I do not know signed for the delivery and I did not see or hear from FedEx until some while later when an email informed me that the delivery had taken place. Meanwhile at 16.30 the on site sales manager returned to the site, found the packages and notified me. I then had to drive round to the office to collect the parcels myself. I was most unimpressed with FedEx and have told them so. Get Laid Beds should reconsider their use of FedEx for deliveries.”

“The bed base itself is well made and the instructions made it easy to put together. I ordered the Oxford bed base. Sadly I ordered a mattress which was failed to be delivered. The business wasn’t able to resolve the issue, with communication to say it would be a few days before they could find out what had happened. In the meantime they were unable to order a new mattress to be sent out, which left me with a bed base, nowhere to store that, no mattress and therefore no actual bed. So while the quality of the base is good, I wouldn’t order again as I can’t rely on the order or delivery.”

“This is the 3rd bed from Get Laid and if it had been the 1st, there wouldn't have been two more. I had to complete the manufacturing process for them with ill-fitting headboard pieces where I had to re-drill what were slightly mis-aligned screw holes. A rubber mallet was bought to help and finally I had to buy a special drill bit to complete the rebates for two raised washers, photos of the "before" and "after" are attached that shows the impression that Get Laid left without actually cutting into the leg. What had taken a maximum of 3 hours for each of the earlier beds took instead the best part of two days including B&Q visits. On the positive side I now own a rubber mallet.”
