“Good service overall. Assembly process was difficult due to manufacturing. I called support in relation to the pilot holes not matching up. I got through straight away and was told that I could send an email with photos of the defective pieces but this just seemed to be the way the bed was, with the pilot holes not matching up.”

“The bed was easy to put together but the finish on the pieces was pretty poor, scratches on the wood and pieces splintered off, a shabby finish for a bed on the pricey side.”

“I ordered a bed and mattress from Get Laid afew years ago (mainly because I liked the name of the company lol). I was super impressed with the bed frame and the finish of the wood. The mattress did develop a dip after a couple of years but they replaced it for me under warranty. Service is 10/10. Beth dealt with the replacement of my mattress under warranty and it was as simple as a few emails. Thank you!!”

“I ordered a 4ft bed and 4ft mattress, it turned out that the 4ft bed been a space saver bed actually was only big enough for 3ft 6 mattress, however were advised that mattress should hang over slightly. Customer service were ok but we had assembled bed so we had to take apart and send. As we want a 4ft bed not a 3ft 6”

“The mattress & Bedstead we received from this company is of outstanding quality and genuinely second to none in terms of comfort and craftsmanship. Unfortunately, the incorrect size mattress was delivered. Upon notifying customer service, who were very helpful we were informed that it would be our responsibility to repackage the mattress in order for it to be collected and replaced. Given that these mattresses are machine-packed and extremely heavy, such a requirement places an unreasonable and impractical burden on the customer. For many individuals, particularly those who are elderly or disabled, this task would be physically impossible and potentially hazardous. It is our view that the responsibility for repackaging a product delivered in error should rest entirely with the company. Furthermore, the existing policy could expose the business to legal liability should a customer sustain an injury while attempting to comply with these instructions. While the product itself is exemplary & the customer service advisor helpful, we strongly recommend that the company review its return and replacement procedures to ensure they align with both customer safety and best practice in consumer care.”

“Bought bed for my daughter and she’s very happy with it & the mattress. Delivery worked out ok and bed is well made & nice and easy to put together. Good company to deal with & I’d buy from again/would recommend”

“A truely awful quality bed. The wood is split, damaged (scratched and dented) and splintered. I have sent the whole order back. I was offered a wax crayon to repair some of the damage. All for the princely sum of over £1000. Best avoid. The packaging is also pretty awful. None of the wood is internally protected.”

“Third bed we've bought from GLB and still happy! Only area that needs improvement is the assembly instructions which are very basic and could do with additional narrative (particularly in the area of the headboard assembly). I got there in the end without too much bother but had to make a call to GLB customer services to clarify a couple of points during the assembly.”

“Ended up ordering the wrong size, the staff were extremely helpful in helping me send back the old one and reorder the correct size. Was very impressed with the quality of the bed and how easy it was to assemble (even though it was the wrong size again my mistake). Only down side is that FedEx is very unreliable waited in all day for delivery on the day selected and it didn’t come until the next day with no delivery update provided”

“Very very pleased with my purchase. The bed was delivered in secure packagingand on the date arranged. The bed is of very high quality, well built and and the instructions were very clear to put it together. Because of the quality of th ebed it went to gether really easily and it looks amazing. During the process of ordeering the bed and it being delivered I did contact customer services and they were amazing, responding to me in a timely manner and understood and dealt with my enquiry first time. Really great experience.”
