“Gorgeous classic four poster in black wash. The delivery process was smooth and building the bed went well, though we couldn't figure out where the screw holes were to keep the 2 single bases secure. My husband managed to put some blocks of wood in between. We love that our bed moves. It's incredibly comfortable and I highly recommend Get Laid Beds as a company.”

“Get Laid beds as a company were good. I think the only thing that lets them down is their chosen delivery courier. Our bed was delivered to totally the wrong address by Fedex which was hugely disapointing and also advised it was signed for by which which it was not. Get laid beds were however very responsive on the day of the mishap and helpful. However we didnt hear anything back the day after to arranhe for a re-delivery. We cancelled the order but only got a short email in response which is disapointing.”

“After a few days of sleeping in that bed, I must say I really like it. Very pleased I went for the European King after years spent on a standard double! The bed looks so good in the bedroom - that warm white colour really brings it out against the wood floor. Love it!”

“Only half of the order arrived, now I have to waith almost three weeks for the rest of the delivery because of travelling and work commitments. I live in a studio flat and the boxes of the first batch of the order are scattered around the studio for the time being. Not very pleasant.”

“My bed was due to be delivered on Saturday last week. One small package labelled "item 5 of 6" turned up, and that was it. Having contacted Get Laid Beds, still - 4 days later - I have no confirmation on what to expect and when might be the earliest the bed can be delivered - anticipating that I will need to be at home and will likely need to make rearrangements to ensure that I can receive it... I continue to be extremely unhappy.”

“Very pleased with the company itself. I had to correct something about my order and the lady on the phone was accomodating, which was a relief given the expense a new bed is! I also like the range of beds available, which meant that we went for the Oxford bed. Finally, the free samples were good to have an idea of what would work in our bedrooms. My only piece of criticism, where things could be improved, is on the quality checks. There were parts of our bed that had a small dent, or the paint had bubbled (thankfully on the back of the headboard rather than the front), or there were spots of wood not covered in paint. That I wasn't very impressed by, as had I actually checked for quality for Get Laid Beds, I would have flagged this and sent back to the warehouse to correct. Since the defaults were small and the bed looked good overall, we left it at that.”

“The bed is of really a good quality, well made and arrived promptly as advised. I would definitely have given it five stars were it not for the obscene amount of plastic used to wrap the mattress. Three layers of really thick plastic sheeting, which I've done my best to recycle responsibly, but there needs to be a rethink about how the mattresses are transported, for the sake of the environment.”

“Delivered mattress which does not fit the their frame and hangs over the side of the bed. After paying over £1,000 and providing video evidence and measurements the company refused to support despite having a larger size variance than acceptable in their T&Cs”

“The bed is excellent quality and I have struggled to find another company quite like GetLaidBeds in terms of style, quality and customer service. GetLaid Beds was very understanding of our new move and was able to reschedule our delivery date to a later time to help us. Customer Service answered our query on a Saturday within the hour. All round, I recommend purchasing from GetLaidBeds. The guarantee is also lengthy so you can trust that the bed will last. I am now looking into purchasing the under the bed drawers to match and create more storage space for us.”

“Ordered a white knight bed and every night mattress. Really impressed with the quality and the ease of assembly. The underbed storage box was made to the same quality and looks excellent. Getting the mattress up the stairs was fun, so I would suggest measuring very carefully before ordering as the mattress have zero flex! Very comfortable and looks great!”

“Bought two beds all was well but on delivery there was damage to one of the flat pack boxes. On closer inspection the bed was badly damaged( I would assume this happened in transit).still waiting for a call back as to when I get my beds delivered.”

“It is disappointing that the company do not offer an assembly service and the instruction sheet was almost incomprehensible, however following the labeling on the bed (which was not identified on the instruction sheet) worked and ithe bed assembled well. The mattress however is dire. Far too soft, it feels like you are lying in a canyon. The mattress costing over £1.000 will have to be replaced almost immediately, for something former.”

“High quality British bed (all the parts were made in the UK). We were impressed with the quality of the bed made for us. We went to see the showroom, ordered it on the day, got progress emails and it was delivered on the scheduled day. Very happy with the whole experience. If you are looking for a homegrown bed, look no further! Highly recommended!”

“Lovely bed, looks great, found the instructions were easy, apart from the fact there was a two piece rail under the headboard, which didn't appear on the instructions. However we did easily sort it and the bed is excellent. We love it.”

“We are very satisfied with our bed. The construction is reassuringly simple and stress-free involving the use of Phillips head screws and an electric screwdriver/drill instead of awkward Allen keys and IKEA Design features. It is the first bed where we have actively felt the support that it offers during the sleep and it makes a huge difference. You drive the screws into the wooden frame itself meaning you can absolutely trust them compared to the usual fold out design which gives practically nothing. You can smell the wood and the statement headboard is stunning. The value compared to mostly inferior beds in the same price bracket especially when on sale is unbeatable. This is all rounded off with an 11 year guarantee. I have taken the time to write this as as a business owner I understand the value of reviews and products of real quality and value are too few and far between.”
