“The bed itself is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The only room for improvement with the bed itself is that I had to do quite a bit of maths and measuring and shimmying back and forth when it came to the slats, since there were no guidelines for how far apart they should be spaced, and no markings on the inside lip of the bed frame, which would've been very helpful. As for the delivery, the delivery service with FedEx was an absolute NIGHTMARE, the worst and most absurd fiasco I've ever experienced, as they delivered to the wrong address THREE separate times, and delayed the arrival of my bed by nearly 2 weeks, wasting entire days of my life in the process, since FedEx refused to provide anything but a 12hr window of arrival, and also refused to follow my delivery instructions. The staff on the phone at Get Laid Beds were exceedingly kind and helpful through all of this, but I wish Get Laid Beds would just do away with using FedEx at all, since I think it's likely hurting their business, and it greatly soured my experience.”

“Really pleased with both the quality of service and the quality of the products from Get Laid Beds. Staff were great to deal. “Had a few issues with parts missing on delivery however customer service was very helpful and quickly resolved that issue. Not impressed with the design or instructions though. Broughy the ottoman space saver, hoghly recommend attaching the bottom bracket for the gas struts before assembking the sides so that you can comefortably use a screw driver else you will need one with a 25cm+ long shank as you wont have clearance for the handle against the sides. Also ended up making a recess for the bolt that holds the gas strut to the bottom bracket using a forstner bit as the wood that the bracket screws inyo is too narrow to account for the length of the bolt and would put a lot of torsional stress on the brqcket if I had not.”

“The frame looks nice, but the overall structural design is not the best. Some holes are not aligned, and the metallic pieces of the header make it difficult to place the bed next to a wall, as it will scratch it. After this, I am not inclined to recommend this brand.”

“Bed is excellent, looks great, very sturdy and even smells nice. Delivery was on time and they gave me plenty of updates so no complaints. I would say the instructions were a little hard to read and it wasn’t obvious where to find them as I had 5 boxes of wood to sort through. Still a very minor issue with an otherwise prefect bed!”

“Great service from start to finish, delivery was great and the bed is incredible quality and looks exactly like the picture. Love the feature of the clip on bedside table as my spare room is small and it allows guests to clip it on before they go to bed for charging their phone etc. Such an amazing feature, cannot recommend enough.”

“The frames are well made but did not come with appropriate instructions, even our carpenter struggled. Also, the mattress (firm) is comfortable once you are lying on it, but the edges are curiously so soft they feel unsupported; they almost collapse under you if you sit on the edge. I thought I ordered the same mattress as last time, maybe the manufacturing has changed.”

“Unfortunately the furniture is disappointing. Dents and marks a poor paint job. The shelf has a split. Instructions for the bed were incorrect and a nightmare to follow. On the delivery day the shelf and screws for ladder shelf’s were missing and a second delivery had to be made. Not at all impressed at this price range as I might as well have gone to ikea. I would have got a better product.”
