My Kensington bed in solid ash with tapered legs is beautiful - the shape, the colour, the wood grain - so elegant. The company were very helpful throughout (by mistake I managed to order the wrong size and had to exchange). All staff I spoke to were friendly and polite and responded quickly to emails. Would recommend. Only improvement would be installation - I had to assemble myself as white glove installation is not available during the current Covid restrictions, although this is because the company want to look after their staff - which I think is commendable. Plug in drill and some arm strength required! Full length pilot holes for the screws might help this.
