We loved that you could choose each aspect of the bed, made it really easy to find one that was right for our bedroom! The choice of delivery slots, with cheaper ones still weeks earlier than most bed companies was great. Instructions for assembly weren’t great, and it squeaked a bit at first. However, the team were great at giving advice when we emailed about it.
