Great bed, even better customer service. Delivered to our door during COVID partially assembled, instructions really clear to help us complete assembly, online customer service outstanding and responsive with follow-up questions. All that and the bed (low fuji attic bed) is fantastic - perfect frame, chalet chic, smells amazing! Couldn't ask for more.
