The quality of the bed really is impeccable. Very solid, clearly great craftsmanship, and the customer service was incredibly helpful when I wanted a late addition of underbed storage and they were able to arrange delivery at the same time as my bed. They were also very helpful when the wrong instructions were included and sent me the correct ones whilst I was still on the phone with them.
