I've had a good experience with Get Laid Beds company. Firstly, I've made a mistake when placing the order on the website - I've placed an order for a small single, instead of a small double bed frame that I needed. I've only noticed my mistake upon delivery. Get Laid Beds have organised the redelivery for a new bed frame and a pick up of the wrong bed frame for me and it was handled really great. The wrong order was refunded quite quickly after they received the first bed frame back with no problems. Secondly, I am a perfectionist when it comes to quality. The new bedframe had some minor imperfections that I've noticed. I've contacted Get Laid Beds and they've sent me a replacement for the parts I wasn't fully happy with free of charge and it all was handled really well. Now I'm really happy with the bed frame I have, which is the Kensington bed frame with tapered legs, looks really nice, no squicks (we've only had it for a few weeks now), feels sturdy. I'm grateful for all the help I've had from the customer service along the way.
