I'm pleased with my new bed. Ottoman has lots of storage and good to be able to customise it to my requirements. It took a while to assemble so I'd pay for assembly in the future. The pistons I received did not work, possibly because my mattress was too light. The company was helpful (with customer service helpline available until 8pm on a Friday) and sent out alternative pistons which I received within a few days. Instructions for Ottoman beds could be clearer - we had conflicting advice on which way to fit the pistons from the instructions and technical support team. Overall a good experience.
