All round very good service from the website usability, simplicity of the ordering process, update status, delivery and finally instructions which were easier enough to follow. The product itself is fine the bed itself looks decent and sturdy following assembly the quality of the wood could be debated but you get what you pay for. Overall happy customer and based on my experience would recommend.
