Beautiful Frame and that's about it. There's a reason why they don't list the installation instructions anywhere. The Shoreditch requires that you screw in the joints and slats, which makes assembling and taking the bed apart nightmarish and ruins the frame. The quality of the screws are extremely low end that strip or have had the heads torn off while trying to penetrate the oak. I have about 3 or 4 screws that had their heads ripped off and sticking out of the frame. The king size provides a central support piece which is not shown on the instructions or the 3d model online. I tried installing this above the slats, under the slats, and without (as the instructions do not clarify where/how to install it and the 3d model omits it). Regardless of where it's installed it doesn't touch the floor or falls in line with the other salts. without the support it slopes inwards horribly. The other horrendous issue with the bed is the squeaking. It's horribly loud. You can't roll over without making the entire frame squeak... Handmade doesn't necessarily mean quality it means errors and more expensive. Get yourself a Thuma if you want a quality frame that is silent and easy to assemble/reassemble.
Avoid this company. They don't deserve your money.
There's a handful of other issues, like paying for felt pads that weren't installed. Unhelpful support team when trying to figure out the central support. I can keep going, but avoid this company.
