The bed is great but the courier used (FedEx) were awful. They didn’t attempt delivery on my selected day but didn’t tell me they weren’t going to make it so I missed a day of work unnecessarily. They didn’t communicate that they were going to try and deliver the day after my chosen day or the day after that so I missed these two attempts. I received an email asking if I wanted to amend my delivery but when I tried the link it said this option was unavailable. In the end, I drove to the depot to collect the bed directly from there as I couldn’t get a clear answer about when a convenient delivery could be made. The majority of staff or virtual chats I spoke to at FedEx were very unhelpful. I tried contacting Get Laid Beds but unfortunately they were unable to help because the bed was with the courier already which is understandable. I would recommended Get Laid Beds for a bed but would advise you collect if you can or request a different courier so you don’t have to deal with FedEx. The box was damaged too but I don’t know if that was Get Laid Beds or FedEx and luckily it didn’t affect the product.
