Excellent communication. Loved the option to add extras and to choose a finish. Excellent delivery as well and the bed itself looks great. The only major downside was that the bed was an absolute nightmare to build. Parts of it were made out of pine and those were super easy to assemble. However putting together the parts made of oak was nearly impossible. Personally I can't understand why having the installation included is not a must-have when you choose a hardwood finish.
