Overall a good service and product. Though if you don’t have a good powerful screwdriver (I was manual) I’d suggest paying to have them build the bed.
I had to re drill a few holes that hadn’t been fully drilled and in hard wood, screws don’t like to just go in. A few blisters later it was built.
