We had two beds and mattresses delivered and paid for the white glove assembly service. Communications were good throughout the process and the guys arrived within the time window. We were somewhat taken aback that the delivery and assembly service apparently didn't include carrying the beds and mattresses upstairs to assemble in the bedrooms. Luckily we had our builder there to help us carry them up, otherwise we'd have been at a bit of an impasse as it would be pointless assembling them in the lounge! I'm not sure this is in small print that I didn't read or if the delivery guys were pulling a fast one?
