The Customer Service and Support was 10 out of 10. Very quick in getting back to you no matter the ways of communication. Tried the live chat as well as email and both were helpful and quick to get back to me with the answer to the help I needed.
The assembly team was also on point. Very kind, punctual, fast and clean.
The Bed need a bit more attention than I was expecting to give concerning the opening and closing of the Ottoman. But the material and finish are as beautiful as I was expecting.
