I’d give six stars if I could. customer service has been nothing short of superb. Every step of the process, all of my questions, all of my concerns, every issue I may have had has been resolved quickly and professionally by incredibly lovely staff. I can honestly say I’ve never encountered to date sales staff that perform to this standard. a credit to their company. The product itself, while I’ve only had it for a few days, I am very quite happy with – sturdy, stable and a bed that I can see out lasting every previous cheaper piece. It looks so cozy in situ.
