From the first contact requesting a wood sample through to arrangements for delivery and everything in between, the staff have been friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. Even the instructions to assemble a SuperKing electric bed with underbed storage drawers were easy enough for a general ability DIY person to assemble without a problem.
