The only reason why I have decided to give 4 stars and not 5 is because for the pictures we saw on the website we expected the ottoman bed to come with a white floor base which then was not included. Apart from this, we love our new bed, how robust and unique it is and worth every penny. Additionally, we loved the "White glove service" provided by Dan & Pete who even removed their shoes before going upstairs and treat my partner so politely, thanks very much X
