Best service ever! We needed the bed quicker than the online delivery option as we had guests due to stay so I called to see if there was anything they could do to help. The person in the office ran over to the warehouse to catch the mattress order for that week and then confirmed that the bed would be produced and delivered in time. We purchased a kingsize Low Platform Bed with curved legs and the Pocket 1000 Pillow Top Mattress with a Fitted Mattress Protector in Quilted Cotton. We had regular updates on the status of delivery and the actual delivery people were very professional & courteous. Our guests arrived that evening and said it was the best sleep they had ever had!
