Love the bed, feels very solid. Building it was Ok, but a little more frustrating than it needed to be because one of the instruction pages is wrong (figure 4 on the bed shows the screws going in from the back of the headboard rails for the base cross beams rather than the front.) The long beam also had a support for the ottoman base on the inside at the headboard end that needed a little trimming too. Support were really good at helping me and I am really happy with the finished bed. Feels very solid.
