Smooth delivery, and great quality beds. Whilst we really liked the bed, we were disappointed with the customer service. We were told by staff that it’s easy to put the super king ottoman bed together, turned out that instructions are minimal and unclear which made putting it together a bit of a nightmare. We’ve expected more, especially for the price we paid.
Beyond that, very happy with the bed!
