Delivery was a day later than what was arranged, and the bed arrived with no screws for the planks.
Apart from this everything is acceptable, although I went into this purchase with high expectations due to hearing about the apparent exceptional quality of the company from word of mouth, this was not so much the case.
I am satisfied with the purchase although a little discouraged from purchasing again in the future.
