The bed and mattress are good quality and arrived on time. The delivery operatives were friendly, however, in their haste to deliver quickly, one of them tried to carry too much up the stairs in one journey and knocked two pieces of plaster from the corner of the pillar at the base of the stairs - the staircase had just been decorated a month ago.
