The process of order and delivery was very straight forward. Those delivering were great, pleasant and friendly. My only qualm was that I ordered the white glove service, however it was only upon delivery that I was told white glove was not available on this bed for part assembly, I wish this would have been clear when purchasing as I would not have selected this option.
