When ordeing the bed I specified a date as this was a present for my son. Upon delivery only 3 of the 4 parcels turned up. The 4th was lost. It took a lot of emails, phone calls and messages to GLB and Panther. I also had to escalate this within GLB as the responses given were poor. I did manage to get it delivered within the week, but sadly not in time for the birthday.
The quality is good, and it was easy to put together.
Not sure I would put myself through this again.
