We were kept informed through the whole manufacturing process. The bed arrived on time & well packaged. All parts were present. The instructions were easy to understand. The bed went together smoothly. We chose cinnamon, great choice. Even though once the mattress went on you couldn’t see the gorgeous bed underneath.
