Lovely company. Website was easy to use and the Web chat feature was helpful for query I had before purchase. I received emails to keep me up to date on the bed being made and delivery arrived on time on the date selected. The only delivery available in our area was the standard courier delivery meaning we had to construct the bed from scratch ourselves, which was a little disappointing. Overall a good experience with the company.
