Delivery communication was provided well in advance, which kept us informed of date and time. The bed was delivered on time by friendly FedEx staff. The bed came in three boxes, so it was easy for me to carry to the bedroom. All the material was supplied with screws and washers provided for a double bed. The instructions could have been slightly clearer in my opinion and could have highlighted a bit better, the issue of the spacers between the top headboards. I would strongly suggest that you need a electric screw driver as some of the screws are long and quite tight to put in and would be extremly hard work with a normal hand operated screwdriver. Bed looks great and over all an easy (for me) project to complete.
