The beds are excellent quality. And the company is able to adapt to your needs.
But customer attention needs to improve after sales. We needed to change the delivery date and were told that because it was less than 5 days before actual date we would incur a charge. Then after I raised a few questions I realised the delivery company would change the date free of charge. This info was not offered from Get Laid Beds.
In addition no customer loyalty incentive or appreciation was given by means of waving a fee ( that wasn't actually Incured anyway) or something else for buying several beds and a headboard .
Some companies have really honed their customer care and loyalty - Get Laid Beds would do well to take their lead from these companies
