The bed and mattress are excellent and I couldn’t rate it more highly.
The reason for a 4 and should be a 5 if someone built it for me was that the instructions were a little vague and not enough clear pictures with specifics (such as holes in certain places on parts of the bed which other flat pack furniture has)
I would have given 5 starts easily if it wasn’t for the instructions. Once Get Laid beds sort this out, I can imagine they will always receive 5 stars
