I've been asked to write a review but couldn't tell you as the bed hasn't arrived despite paying £40 for named day express delivery. One battered box has turned up but not the others. I contacted customer services who were very dismissive, told me the express fee is just for the bed being made and doesn't have anything to do with shipping, and that it wasn't their responsibility basically. So buy at your risk and don't bother with rush shipping - not point getting your bed built quickly only to have it sit in a fedex warehouse getting bashed about.
