Poor. Poor quality instructions. Barely could see photos. Bed stuck in open position. Complained to next. Heard nothing back yet and with Xmas approaching not impressed. This is not our first rodeo with self assembly and my husband is pretty handy but even as a gas fitter he cannot work out how to keep the bed in down position. Help required please !
