It arrived on time and had a call from the delivery company 45 minutes before. We was not offered the put together service as it wasn’t covered in our postcode which was disappointing. We couldn’t put the bed up straight away as waited for a skilled friend who is an expert in construction and thank goodness we did. We had 8 boxes and found the instructions in box 8! The instructions could be vastly improved. Three hours later and some parts of it did take four people to hold whilst sections were screwed together. I wouldn’t recommend for diy novices to undertake putting this ottoman style bed together. However, the bed feels sturdy. Some small marks on the wood and a couple of little chips can be seen.
