The bed itself is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The only room for improvement with the bed itself is that I had to do quite a bit of maths and measuring and shimmying back and forth when it came to the slats, since there were no guidelines for how far apart they should be spaced, and no markings on the inside lip of the bed frame, which would've been very helpful. As for the delivery, the delivery service with FedEx was an absolute NIGHTMARE, the worst and most absurd fiasco I've ever experienced, as they delivered to the wrong address THREE separate times, and delayed the arrival of my bed by nearly 2 weeks, wasting entire days of my life in the process, since FedEx refused to provide anything but a 12hr window of arrival, and also refused to follow my delivery instructions. The staff on the phone at Get Laid Beds were exceedingly kind and helpful through all of this, but I wish Get Laid Beds would just do away with using FedEx at all, since I think it's likely hurting their business, and it greatly soured my experience.
