Showroom experience with Ellie was good and helped determine bed and underbed storage selection.
Pleased with quality of oak bed frame. Instructions for self assembly could be clearer and strength needed to insert some of the screws. Luke and Betheny from customer services responded very quickly to query and missing slat was sent out promptly.
