Quality of our new bed is superb and it was very easy to put together with the excellent instructions supplied. However, we had booked our delivery costing £25 on an expenditure of £391 to be on the Monday. On the Thursday we had a text from FedEx to say a part delivery (2 of 3 packages)was to take place on Friday! We had to make changes to our plans for that day and then wait again on the Monday for the final package to be delivered. This was to suit your logistics and really spoilt our experience of your company of which you are so proud. Would suggest you deliver all at the agreed time, not part deliveries!
