Great company and great product, really like my new bed and it arrived exactly on time.
Only slight issue I had was the way the product was packaged the screws got loose from their bag and banged around in the box, luckily didn't damage the wood of the bed but did tear up the assembly guide and there was no way to get another copy so had to work off scraps of paper re-assembed. (Reached out to support for a digital copy but never got a response)
