Unfortunately they failed to deliver some key parts (all the screws and fittings!) so I’ve had to put the mattress on the floor and keep my bedroom and house in a mess until I get the parts delivered.
They apologised and sent the missing parts out via Royal Mail, but no compensation and no expediency.
The bed looks good and well made, can’t say more about it right now!
