Excellent service and helpful advice. I discussed my purchase with Ellie several times to ensure that my purchase met my needs. I had previously purchased the Ohio Chaise Lounge and I wanted to adapt it to a Day Bed style. The appropriate parts required were identified and made to my requirements.
