Very pleased with the company itself. I had to correct something about my order and the lady on the phone was accomodating, which was a relief given the expense a new bed is! I also like the range of beds available, which meant that we went for the Oxford bed. Finally, the free samples were good to have an idea of what would work in our bedrooms. My only piece of criticism, where things could be improved, is on the quality checks. There were parts of our bed that had a small dent, or the paint had bubbled (thankfully on the back of the headboard rather than the front), or there were spots of wood not covered in paint. That I wasn't very impressed by, as had I actually checked for quality for Get Laid Beds, I would have flagged this and sent back to the warehouse to correct. Since the defaults were small and the bed looked good overall, we left it at that.
