Good quality solid beds however one star lost because of poor delivery, 2 out of 8 boxes arrived 5 days later. This isn't acceptable. I was told this was unusual by customer service team but it's clearly not as other reviews have mentioned issues too. Get Laid Beds are the ones who choose their 3rd party suppliers for their deliveries so it is very much in their control to set SLAs and manage them if they are consistently failing to meet the set standards. Offering a refund of the £29 delivery doesn't really make up for the inconvenience and stress to customers, far better to use a reliable courier and charge for it.
